If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund within the first 10 days of your order. This does not include shipping costs. In order to be able to process the return, we will need all original packaging with the item in order to grant a full refund.

Please include the following information:

1. Order number.

2. Item numbers of the products.

3. The quantity of each product you want returned.

4. Reason for the return. Defective or damaged. Wrong item was shipped. Etc.

5. Opened or unopened.

Once we receive your request, we will reply by e-mail with your return authorization number and the instructions for shipping your return. Please ship all returns to the warehouse address that will be indicated in the e-mail reply. In addition, it is recommended to ship with a carrier that has tracking and proof of delivery.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse receives your return, we will then apply the refund to your credit card account. Process time may take up to 2 weeks for the returned merchandise.

ItemsRus pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received as damaged or defective. Claims of damaged and/or short shipments must be made within 7 days of the original shipment.

All returns and replacements after 30 days must go through the original manufacturer of the product. Manufacturers' warranties vary; please check the warranty information included with your products.

OUR SHIPPING POLICIES:

Merchandise usually arrives within 2 - 5 business days.

Truck Deliveries:

Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside). Inside delivery and/or setup is available in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. Contact us at 1-(800)-367-2034 or by email to sales@itemsrus.com for a quote. Be sure to include your order number and the item numbers of the products you are inquiring about in your email. Most truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, but we can request that the trucking company calls you before attempting to deliver your items. A signature is required for all deliveries; someone must be present during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. Please Note: please check for any visible damage inside the package before signing for the shipment.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.
